Instructions for poster presentation

Poster presentations should be in English.

Poster must be in A0 format (84 cm x 119 cm).

The name of the presenting author should be underlined.

The title must be the same as the abstract submitted.

Title, authors names and affiliations must appear at the top of the poster.

Text and illustrations must be large enough to be legible at a distance of 2 meters.

The poster will present objectives, methods, results and discussions.

All figures are to have captions

Materials for poster mounting will be provided.  

Posters will be on display throughout the conference and will be the subject of a presentation session.

Instructions for oral presentation

Oral presentations must be in English and will be in the form of a short 15-minute presentation followed by 5 minutes of questions. MAC and PC laptops will be available. Please bring your presentation during the break before the start of the corresponding session.
